Public drop-off

IWS offer a full range of waste management services for South Australian homes and small businesses.

Our drop-off locations are conveniently located to service residents across Greater Adelaide:

IWS is committed to providing sustainable domestic waste management solutions for our Council, Commercial and residential customers. We work closely with the City of Port Adelaide Enfield council to provide residents with a free green organic drop off service, along with offering a wide range of additional waste removal services for Adelaide residents.

Our residential waste management solutions include:

  • Household waste (furniture, timber, mattresses, couches, bricks, concrete, fridges, stoves, clothing, plastics, carpet, unbroken glass, empty paint tins, oil/paint)
  • Tyres (bike, car, four wheel drive, truck)
  • Household quantities of non-friable asbestos 
  • Clean cardboard/paper (sheets, boxes, magazines, brochures, newspapers)
  • Metal waste (steel, aluminium, cans, mixed scrapped metal, copper, brass)
  • Clean soil
  • Clean greens (grass cuttings, prunings, palms, branches, tree trunks)
  • Timber (hardwood, softwood, timber pallets, chipboard, MDF, laminated timber)
  • Batteries (vehicle only – no small or lithium batteries)
  • City of Port Adelaide Enfield resident green organic drop off service – residents can deliver green organic material direct to IWS Wingfield at no cost (utes/trailers only). Please fill out this form prior to visiting our site at Winfield.
